How do I order?

Ordering at Mr Pill is really simple. Find the product you wish to order from our products list. In order to find any medication from the product list simply enter a keyword into the search box and click the magnifying glass. You can also check for any medication by using the alphabetical index listed on most pages. Medications are listed under both original and generic names so the medication name you know may have a different name in its generic format.

In the search engine page itself you will also find a link marked index. If you click on that an alphabetical list of every product name on the site together with associated medical conditions and information is displayed for easy reference.

You add a product to the shopping cart by clicking on the BUY NOW icon listed against each medication. Simply fill in the information on the forms as they appear.

DON'T FORGET TO SELECT YOUR MED QUANTITIES IN THE CART

Order quantities should be adjusted in the cart. Enter the quantity required (if different from that displayed) and click on RECALCULATE. Please note that at Mr Pill we give you the option to order large or small quantities and you are in control of exactly the quantity you want as long as the minimum order amount exceeds $50.

This means that you have ordered 1 X 10 tab strip of the medication (eg: 10 tablets only). The default "Quantity" is always displayed as 1 and the default quantity always equals the basic standard pack size. To order 100 tablets you would simply change the "Quantity" to 10. (eg: 10 X 10 tab strips) and then click on RECALCULATE. To order say 50 tablets you would change the quantity to 5 (eg: 5 X 10 tab strips) and then click on RECALCULATE and so on ... When you have set the quantities you require then click on GO TO PAYMENTS to provide your details and check out. Please note that there is a minimum total order value of $50 and the cart will automatically disallow any order below this level

Where do you ship your meds from?

We ship most of our meds from India but source all our medications from reputable manufacturers and wholesalers around the world who are checked and vetted very carefully on a regular basis by both regulatory bodies and ourselves. All our products are made by the major pharmaceutical companies and are shipped in their original packaging. They are the same meds that you will get from your local pharmacy. Delivery is by registered international airpost and will usually reach you within 10-14 business days.

Are your medicines safe and of proper quality?

Absolutely Yes. We supply both branded and generic medicines. A generic medicine contains the same active ingredient as a prescription medicine that is no longer protected by patent. Any number of such copies can be placed on the market, all with formulations similar, but not necessarily identical, to the original product. However, they must all go through the same stringent safety and quality requirements demanded of the original product.

What are generic drugs?

When a drug company first invents a drug that company is the only one allowed to make that drug in the same country for a certain number of years. After this time period, other companies are allowed to make the same drug. These drugs are called generics. The original drug (e.g. Viagra) is called a brand name drug. Brand name drugs and their generics are IDENTICAL in terms of active ingredients. The generic pills may look different (because they are made by a different company) but inside is exactly the same active ingredient, which works in exactly the same way. The only difference between brand name drugs and generic drugs is that generics are always much less expensive.

Are these the same drugs as the name brand products?

How much is the shipping charge?

Subject to any current special offers which will be notified in the shopping cart, a $25.00 shipping charge will be added to orders. Orders for the generic medications listed on our specials page are subject to different shipping costs. You may place any quantity on each order for the same shipping charge.

How long do orders take to arrive?

Usually within 10-14 days. Under certain conditions orders can take up to 28 (business) days to arrive from the date that your actual payment is processed (usually within 24 hours of your order). We ship our orders daily on a first in first out system. We use registered International Airmail for all of our orders with the final delivery time dependant on the reliability of your postal service. Orders generally arrive within 10-14 business days, but a small percentage of orders can take longer, due to delays in various postal services or other factors beyond our control. eg: higher than usual customs scrutiny due to current World events. What happens if only part of the order arrives?

This can happen because if you ordered more than one type of medication or a larger quantity of one medication we will not place the entire order in one single package for security reasons. If only part of your order has arrived then please give it some days to allow for the remainder of your order to arrive.

What happens if none of my order arrives?

We do everything humanly possible to ensure that orders are received by our customers. If none of your order has arrived within 28 business (working) days from the date of order we will investigate the matter thoroughly and promptly. This investigation usually takes about 24 hours. If it appears that the order has been lost due to a postal loss or customs detention then we will re-ship the order again to you free of any charge. Only a very small percentage of orders are lost. However if the original order subsequently arrives as well as the re-shipped order then we rely on your honesty to inform us. We always try to resolve any problems in a fair and reasonable manner and to the best of our ability.

Do you supply tracking information for my Order?

We operate a system whereby each order is assigned a unique order code and shipping number. The shipping number is the proof of actual dispatch and is issued to us by the Shipper with the actual date the package was shipped. We do NOT automatically give this information to every customer unless we are specifically asked for it.

Do you offer any express shipping services?

Sorry, we currently cannot provide any express shipping services such as DHL or Fed-Ex.

Why? - Due to increased security at customs post 9/11 courier parcels containing medications can actually end up taking longer than registered air mail and are far more likely to be detained. So plan your orders well in advance if you are on a course of medications!

Are there any Countries that you don't ship to?

We ship to most Countries except those named in the cart and also in our terms and conditions. Excluded shipping countries will vary from time to time so it is worth checking with us.

How can I cancel my order?

We will NOT accept requests for cancellations once the order has been processed.. Sorry. Do not ask us to cancel an order once placed.

Is it illegal to provide these products without a prescription?

You do not need a prescription to buy our products as we work under the laws of the countries we ship from. We do recommend you check with your local customs to see if it is okay to import these products. We cannot be held responsible for customs seizures or delays but in the unlikely event of a customs seizure we will re-ship the order again free of charge. See our terms and conditions.

As an international offshore pharmacy we are able to legally export medications to most Countries. We operate under a valid pharmacy export license to do so. In the case of the USA (and indeed most Countries) the FDA (and other Government authorities) will allow you to legally import up to three months supply of a medication providing it is for your personal usage and not for resale.

In the event a shipment may be detained by US customs the authorities should be reminded that they are given discretional powers to allow entry and any customer who experiences this problem should be aware that these regulations were adopted to prevent US citizens technically breaking the law relating to drug imports.
