How much is the shipping charge?

Subject to any current special offers which will be notified in the shopping cart, a $25.00 shipping charge will be added to orders. Orders for the generic medications listed on our specials page are subject to different shipping costs. You may place any quantity on each order for the same shipping charge Sometimes we have special offers on shipping and these will be posted in the cart. .

DON'T FORGET TO SELECT YOUR MED QUANTITIES IN THE CART

Order quantities should be adjusted in the cart. Enter the quantity required (if different from that displayed) and click on RECALCULATE. Please note that at Mr Pill we give you the option to order large or small quantities and you are in control of exactly the quantity you want as long as the minimum order amount exceeds $50.

EXAMPLE: You may have selected the following medication in the cart:-

This means that you have ordered 1 X 10 tab strip of the medication (eg: 10 tablets only). The default "Quantity" is always displayed as 1 and the default quantity always equals the basic standard pack size. To order 100 tablets you would simply change the "Quantity" to 10. (eg: 10 X 10 tab strips) and then click on RECALCULATE. To order say 50 tablets you would change the quantity to 5 (eg: 5 X 10 tab strips) and then click on RECALCULATE and so on ... When you have set the quantities you require then click on GO TO PAYMENTS to provide your details and check out. Please note that there is a minimum total order value of $50 and the cart will automatically disallow any order below this level

How long do orders take to arrive?

Usually within 10-14 days. Under certain conditions orders can take up to 28 (business) days to arrive from the date that your actual payment is processed (usually within 24 hours of your order). We ship our orders daily on a first in first out system. We use registered International Airmail for all of our orders with the final delivery time dependant on the reliability of your postal service. Orders generally arrive within 10-14 business days, but a small percentage of orders can take longer, due to delays in various postal services or other factors beyond our control. eg: higher than usual customs scrutiny due to current World events. In the event of a non delivery after 28 business days we will re-ship free of charge. See our terms and conditions

What happens if only part of the order arrives?

This can happen because if you ordered more than one medication or a larger quantity of one medication we will not place the entire order in one single package for security reasons. If only part of your order has arrived then please give it some days to allow for the remainder of your order to arrive.

What happens if none of my order arrives?

We do everything humanly possible to ensure that orders are received by our customers. If none of your order has arrived within 28 business (working) days from the date of order we will investigate the matter thoroughly and promptly. This investigation usually takes about 24 hours. If it appears that the order has been lost due to a postal loss or customs detention then we will re-ship the order again to you free of any charge. Only a very small percentage of orders are lost. However if the original order subsequently arrives as well as the re-shipped order then we rely on your honesty to inform us. We always try to resolve any problems in a fair and reasonable manner and to the best of our ability.

Do you supply tracking information for my Order?

We operate a system whereby each order is assigned a unique order code and shipping number. The shipping number is the proof of actual dispatch and is issued to us by the Shipper with the actual date the package was shipped. We do NOT automatically give this information to every customer unless we are specifically asked for it.

Do you offer any express shipping services?

Sorry, we currently cannot provide any express shipping services such as DHL or Fed-Ex.

Why? - Due to increased security at customs post 9/11 courier parcels containing medications can actually end up taking longer than registered air mail and are far more likely to be detained. So plan your orders well in advance if you are on a course f medications!

Are there any Countries that you don't ship to?

We ship to most Countries except those named in the cart and also in our terms and conditions. Excluded shipping countries will vary from time to time so it is worth checking with us.

Is the service Confidential?

Yes - completely. We disclose your details to nobody unless fraud has been committed. All parcels are unmarked as to their contents and plain wrapped.
